Required Posting Notice: Upon the Board’s final approval of the budget, a charter school must post on the school’s website a copy of the budget adopted by the Board. The website must prominently display the electronic link to the adopted budget, and the adopted budget must be maintained on the school’s Internet website until the third anniversary of the date the budget was adopted. Tex. Educ. Code § 44.0051; 19 Tex. Admin. Code § 100.1032(2)(K).
